2. Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Technical connection information may be processed when you visit, including IP address, time, requested URL, browser information and security data. This is necessary to deliver and protect the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare and its service providers may process this information, including outside the European Economic Area under applicable safeguards. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
3. Email contact
If you contact kontakt@multieralabs.de, we process your sender address, message and any attachments to handle your request. Incoming email is forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail mailbox, involving Cloudflare and Google. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract-related enquiries) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). Correspondence is removed when no longer required unless retention obligations apply. See the policies of Cloudflare and Google.
4. Cookies, analytics and external websites
The files we currently provide do not contain our own advertising or analytics scripts or set our own marketing cookies. Hosting security services may process technically necessary information. External links lead to websites run by third parties and their privacy practices apply when you visit them.
5. Downloads
Downloading software may involve the technical connection data described above. No MultiEra Labs account is required.
6. Recipients, retention and international transfers
We do not share personal data for advertising. Hosting and email providers process data to provide their services. Retention periods for technical logs also depend on service provider settings and policies. International processing is subject to applicable legal requirements and provider safeguards.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. Contact kontakt@multieralabs.de or complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. Automated decisions
MultiEra Labs does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing which produce legal or similarly significant effects.
